Haired South American Cow Rounds

These are Cut Cow Rounds from South America with hair, approx. 2mm – 3mm but swell considerably when soaked.

• Most commonly used on Dununs and Bougarabous.
• Also used on Congas generally shaved after heading.
• Cut from cowhides sourced from Peru.
• Unfortunately, due to the cost of freight we no longer sell full cow hides.
• Each Round is carefully inspected for flaws prior to packaging.
