This is our Black w/ Red Tracers polyester drum rope.

Our rope was designed years ago, here in the USA, specifically for usage with rope tuned drums, more specifically the djembe.

It’s a static rope by design with only up to a 4% stretch at breaking point (approx. 1100psi)
Available only in 3/16″(4.7mm)

It’s designed with a 16 carrier braided sheath. Which while it does limit it’s available pattern designs, it more than makes up for it with strength and workability.
The core is also 100% white polyester. NO braids or weaves for minimum stretch over time and true dispersion of tension across all of the core equally.
